RULES:
1. The tournament is available to Bull City TNBA Bowling Senate members only. Non Bull City TNBA Senate members may enter by paying a $15.00 Bull City TNBA Bowling Senate membership fee. TNBA members whose membership was paid through another senate may not participate in this tournament. 3. The tournament will run for one day, April 25th. Closing date of tournament will be April 25th at 2:00 PM.
4. This is a Singles 9 Pin-No-Tap Handicap Tournament. For $15.00, a bowler may re-enter this tournament since the first entry is free. 5. All entrants must use the highest USBC 2008-2009 season yearbook average with a minimum of 21-games. If no book average, use highest current USBC sanctioned average based on a minimum of 21-games as of the date of participation in this tournament. Participants must present league-standing sheet to tournament director prior to bowling in this tournament. All others will bowl scratch (200). If your current average is ten pins higher (21-games or higher) than your 2008-2009 yearbook average at time of participation you must use your current average. All winners’ averages will be VERIFIED before payout. 6. It shall be the Bowler's responsibility to verify the accuracy of his/her average. It shall also be the bowler’s responsibility to inform the Tournament Directors if he/she has been re-rated or adjusted. Failure to use the correct average or inform the tournament directors of being re-rated or average adjusted shall disqualify the score. There will be no return of entry fee/fees on DISQUALIFICATIONS. 7. Handicap Ratio: Men and Women 100% of 200. Max handicap 75 pins per game. 8. All bowlers will bowl three games on the same pair of lanes with total pins plus handicap deciding the tournament winners. 9. USBC rules 319a, 319b, 319c, 319d and 319e will APPLY. 10. Re-entries are permitted for a price of $15.00. Bowl as often as you wish but you can only cash once. 11. First entry fee is being paid by your Bull City TNBA Bowling Senate. Fee breakdown: $15.00 re-entry - lineage and prize fund. No TNBA expense will be taken from re-entry fee in this tournament. Prize fund will be returned 100%. Prize monies will be paid on a ratio of 1:8 after proposed prize fund payout is met (at least one place for each eight entries). NO CHECKS!

12. The decision of the Tournament Directors shall be final on any and all disputes unless an appeal is made in accordance with rule 329. 14. The Tournament Directors reserves the right to disqualify any entrant not in compliance with the rules of USBC and TNBA. 15. All other USBC and TNBA rules will apply. |
